Good Source of Vitamins

Vitamins are the nutrients that our body needs for functional system. They are one that help to build and repair the damage inside and outside our body. Vitamins also help us to fight different kinds of diseases and harmful microorganism.
There are some source of vitamins that we can get in our daily foods. Apple, Banana , Pine apple , Lemon , Tomato, Cucumber , Guava , Kiwi, Cherry, Nuts, Coconut etc are some good source of vitamins. As well as vegetables like onion, garlic, cabbage, potato, pepper, eggplant  and  other leafy vegetables are source of good vitamins.
