Individual should maintain a healthy body to be able to live. He must to do many things for the to stay healthy and free from various diseases.

One is eating the right and healthy food which contains vitamins and nutrients which can boost immunity and body can resist that different kinds of diseases. Personal hygiene is also important so you will be free from different microorganism which is the mainly cause of deadly diseases. Healthy living, exercise can help you burn some fats that your body can use as energy so you can able to do many activities. Normal sleep pattern. You must to have 8 -10 hours sleep everyday to restore all the energy that your body lost in doing many things in everyday. Drink 8 -10 glasses of water to hydrate your body and it also help to maintain regular bowel movement. Avoid cigarette , alcoholic drinks and other harmful chemicals that can affect your health.
